1.  Can the doctor adjust babies or children?     Yes.  Our doctors are experienced at treating infants and children, including their own.
2.  Do I have to have insurance?      No.  Many of our patients pay cash for our services.  We have cash payment plans for those who need it.
3.  What paperwork do I need to fill out?       You may start by clicking on new patient forms and printing out the forms.  Then, you may bring them to your scheduled appointment or if you can't do this, please come 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete the forms in our office.  Click here for the forms.
